These Terms and Conditions govern the handyman services provided by Victor Handyman Pro (“we,” “us,” “our”) to our customers (“you”). By requesting or accepting our services, you agree to these terms.

Services & Estimates

We provide handyman services including painting, wallpaper, window screen repair, hardwood floor repair, carpentry, and small electrical and plumbing installations. Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered, and we will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

Scope of Work

We perform general handyman work and small installations. We are not a licensed electrical or plumbing contractor; work that requires a licensed trade, a permit, or major system changes is outside our scope, and we will refer you to a licensed professional where appropriate.

Pricing & Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We aim for fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We will do the same and will keep you informed of any changes.

Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If something we completed isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right. This does not cover damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or work performed by others.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues outside the agreed scope of work.
